Renewing Your Mind Counseling is a solo private practice owned by Hannah Anaya, LPC. The mission of this organization is to provide quality relational therapy services to clients in El Paso community and the entire state of Texas. Renewing Your Mind Counseling focuses on destigmatizing therapy for Latinx populations and creating a warm atmosphere where clients can begin to renew their mind and body and create lasting mental health wellness.

My Approach

As a relational client centered therapist, when you step into my office, I step into your world. As we get to know each other, I tailor my approach to fit your individual needs. I use evidence based approaches such as Cogntive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Cogntive Processing Therapy, all through a trauma-informed lense.

I offer talk therapy sessions in a variety of blended modalities for adults in Texas. Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly. Most insurances are accepted.
